Simply put, my new book is focused entirely on one subject – LEADERSHIP.

It is my belief that effective leadership is THE most important personal attribute necessary to succeed in today’s high-velocity economy and very chaotic world.

High-impact leadership is not a spectator sport. No one has the luxury of sitting on the sidelines of life, watching, and hoping that someone else will do the hard work to make their life better.

Mediocrity is not in demand today, and you will hear me repeat this more than once. Settling for average is not your path to happiness and success.

High-impact and decent leadership is not easy, and everyone is not ‘doing it.’ But for those who are committed to making a difference for themselves and others, authentic and effective leadership is the pathway to a very meaningful life.

I purposefully have kept this website brief and ‘to-the-point.’ Leadership can be a deep dive into a long list of important attributes and behaviors. What you will find on this site, and in my new book, is a focus on those select attributes I consider ‘common sense, but not common practice.’

While these are not behaviors difficult to understand, they are some of the ones I have found to be lacking in many young people who are working hard to succeed, but who are not achieving their desired results.

Winning attitude, teamwork, compassion, focus, and perseverance are just a few of the ‘must-have’ leadership attributes necessary for a path to personal happiness and success. These behaviors, and others, are the substance of this book.
