As a business executive, entrepreneur, and life-long athlete, I have seen first- hand the leadership struggles experienced by so many young people in today’s high-velocity and demanding economy. Simply put, the world we live in today is seriously chaotic. And my experience tells me that the number one challenge today, for a life of happiness and success, is that of becoming the best possible leader you can be.

Mediocrity is not in demand and leadership is not a spectator sport. Everyone must step up to become the absolute best leader he/she can be.
